About the Role
Anticipated Start Date: TBC
Hourly rate: To be agreed.
Work Time: Monday-Friday (7am-5pm)
Maghera Developments are seeking skilled joiners to work at our manufacturing facility located outside Newcastle, Co. Down.
The role will involve the prefabrication of modular buildings, primarily for the Education sector.
The successful applicant will undertake the following duties:
Assisting with erection of steel frame,
1st Fix Joinery Works, fabrication of door-sets, internal walls, plasterboarding etc.
General housekeeping etc...
Requirements
Required for Role:
Applicants should be registered Sub-Contractors and part of the UK CIS Scheme with a valid UTR Number.
All Applicants should have access to their own vehicle suitable for work purposes and a full UK Driver’s License.
All Applicants should hold a minimum of a current valid CSR White Card (H&S Trained)
All applicants should have access to their own basic tools.
This role will be primarily based at our facility located between Newcastle and Castlewellan in Co. Down, however, operatives may be required to travel to site as and when required.
