About the Role
Anticipated Start Date: TBC
Hourly rate: To be agreed.
Work Time: Monday-Friday (7am-5pm)
Maghera Developments are seeking operatives (labourers) to work at our manufacturing facility located outside Newcastle, Co. Down.
The role will involve assisting with the prefabrication of modular buildings, primarily for the Education sector.
The successful applicant will undertake the following duties:
Assisting with erection of steel frame,
Assisting joinery crew with movement of materials,
Cutting and preparation of materials,
General housekeeping,
Adherence to the company policies.
Requirements
Required for role:
Applicants should be registered Sub-Contractors and part of the UK CIS Scheme with a valid UTR Number.
Desired:
All Applicants with access to their own vehicle suitable for work purposes and a full UK Driver’s License.
Valid CSR Card (Minimum H&S Trained White Card)
This role will be primarily based at our facility located between Newcastle and Castlewellan in Co. Down, however, operatives may be required to travel to site as and when required.
