We were responsible for the design, manufacture and supply of new steel framed modular buildings at Maine IPS in Randalstown.

 

The confines of the site were also subject to extensive hard & soft landscaping.

The new multi-purpose hall (160 sq. m) incorporates a large multi-use space with special high ceilings, boys & girls WC, disabled WC facilities, lobby, stores & kitchen / Servery area.

 

The new ancillary building (165 sq. m) incorporates entrance lobby, staffroom, two office rooms, male & female WCs, special needs room, hygiene room, comms room & four store rooms.

 

The new double classroom (142 sq. m) incorporates two large classroom areas, two stores, lobby, cloak room, boys & girls WC & disabled WC facilities.
