Works involved the design, manufacture and supply of two number prefabricated modular buildings for Belfast City Council.

The new club room (87 sq. m) incorporates a plant room, cleaners store, lobby area, large meeting room, WC & disabled facilities.

The new changing facilities (60 sq. m) incorporates a referee changing area & shower, disabled WC & shower, two number showers with drying areas, two number changing rooms, plant & switch room.
