Rowandale I.P.S. & Gaelscoil Uí Néill

This scheme involved the demolition and removal of redundant mobiles, along with the design, manufacture and supply of new steel framed modular buildings to Gaelscoil ui Neill in Coalisland and Rowandale IPS in Moria.

 

Both schemes were completed under the one contract for the Education Library Board.

Works at the Gaelscoil ui Neill PS comprised a new single classroom (80 sq. m).

 

Works at Rowandale comprised a new single classroom (80 sq. m), double classroom (160 sq. m), ancillary building (160 sq. m) and large multi-purpose building (220 sq. m) with special high ceilings.

 

Both sites were also subject to extensive hard & soft landscaping.
