We were responsible for the design, manufacture and supply of new steel & timber framed modular buildings at Phoenix IPS, together with partial internal layout alterations to the existing school.

Temporary accommodation and temporary works were also provided throughout the contract.

Buildings included a new double classroom (160 sq. m), administration block (130 sq. m) and external store (40 sq. m). The site was also subject to extensive hard & soft landscaping.
